NFL Week 11: Oakland Raiders vs Pittsburgh Steelers Sportsbook odds and predictions

Oakland Raiders @ Pittsburgh Steelers Sun. Nov. 21st 2010 1pm EST

The Oakland Raiders have been arguably the biggest surprise team of the NFL regular season as they have play consistently well throughout the first half of the year, but they will have perhaps their biggest challenge of the season ahead of them as they are set to face off against the defensive minded Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 11.

Even though the Pittsburgh Steelers are one of the best teams in the league with arguably the best defense in the NFL right now, the Oakland Raiders are more than capable of pulling off the upset this weekend as they have become an extremely resilient team with a never say die attitude. NFL Week 11: Indianapolis Colts vs New England Patriots Sportsbook odds and predictions

Indianapolis Colts vs New England Patriots Sun. Nov. 21st 2010 4:15pm EST

There are a lot of divisional rivalries in the NFL these days that much anticipated throughout the NFL regular season and never seem to disappoint, but there is one matchup that isn’t a divisional rivalry which is always a battle from start to finish when superstar quarterbacks Peyton Manning and Tom Brady go head to head.

This year the Indianapolis Colts have been dubbed the team to win it all before the NFL regular season began, but just past the halfway point, Peyton Manning and company might struggle to even win the AFC South division. This matchup is always a great NFL football betting opportunity. Continue Reading…

NFL Week 11: Denver Broncos vs San Diego Chargers odds and predictions

Denver Broncos @ San Diego Chargers Mon. Nov. 22nd 2010 8:30pm EST

The AFC West division is usually one of the worst divisions in the league and dominated by the San Diego Chargers every single season, but this year things have completely changed within the division as the Kansas City Chiefs and the Oakland Raiders have taken control of the AFC West and left both the San Diego Chargers and the Denver Broncos far behind. NFL Week 10: Kansas City Chiefs vs Denver Broncos Sportsbook odds and predictions

Kansas City Chiefs @ Denver Broncos Sun. Nov. 14th 2010 4:05pm EST

The AFC West division has been a joke over the past half decade or so as the San Diego Chargers have just dominated the competition and come out with the division title in six of the last seven years, but this season things have really started to change as the Kansas City Chiefs and the Oakland Raiders have turned into the two best teams within the division.

Coming into Week 10, the Kansas City Chiefs (5-3) will be heading into the Mile High City to take on the lowly Denver Broncos (2-6) and even though Matt Cassel and company have played extremely well this season, they are coming off a disappointing loss the Oakland Raiders (23-20) and will be looking to keep their first place standing in the AFC West division with a win over Josh McDaniels’ squad. NFL Week 10: Cincinnati Bengals vs Indianapolis Colts Sportsbook odds and predictions

Cincinnati Bengals @ Indianapolis Colts Sun. Nov. 14th 2010 1pm EST

The Indianapolis Colts got a rude awakening last week when they were seemingly helpless to stop quarterback Michael Vick (218 passing yards, 74 rushing yards and two total touchdowns) and the Philadelphia Eagles 26-24.

Even though it was their third loss of the season, Peyton Manning and company are still in the mix for the AFC South division title with the Tennessee Titans, but they will have to get back to their winning ways this week against the Cincinnati Bengals. Continue Reading…

NFL Week 10: Baltimore Ravens vs Atlanta Falcons odds and predictions

Baltimore Ravens @ Atlanta Falcons Thurs. Nov. 11th 2010 8:20pm EST

All season long the Baltimore Ravens and the Atlanta Falcons have proved week in and week out that they are two of the best teams in the NFL this year, but in Week 10 these two heavyweights will go head to head in which only one team can come out on top.

Every game from here on out will be huge for these two teams as they are both in the running for their division titles (AFC North, NFC South) and a loss this week could end up being really hurting them moving forward. Continue Reading…

NFL Week 10: Tennessee Titans vs Miami Dolphins odds and predictions

Tennessee Titans vs Miami Dolphins Sun. Nov. 14th 2010 1pm EST

The Tennessee Titans may have hit a speed bump in the road in the loss to the San Diego Chargers in Week 8 33-25, but they will come into their matchup against the Miami Dolphins this week with high hopes of getting back on track as they are fresh off a much needed bye week and have added a key addition in superstar wide receiver Randy Moss.

Whether the Randy Moss experiment in Tennessee will work or not remains to be seen, but just the fact that he will be at Vince Young’s disposal will have this Miami defense backpedaling all game long which could open the ground game for arguably the best running back in the league in Chris Johnson. Johnson has made for some great weeks in NFL football betting this year. Continue Reading…

NFL Week 9: Kansas City Chiefs vs Oakland Raiders Sportsbook odds and predictions

Kansas City Chiefs vs Oakland Raiders Sun. Nov. 7th 2010 4:15pm EST

For the first time in a long time the AFC West division is anyone’s division to win as the Kansas City Chiefs (5-2), Oakland Raiders (4-4) and the San Diego Chargers (3-5) are all in contention to head into the playoffs with an AFC West division title to their credit. The Denver Broncos (2-6) have an outside chance of getting back into the mix, but with the recent loss to the Raiders (59-14) not many people are considering them a force to be reckoned with.

Coming into Week 9, the first place Kansas City Chiefs and the second place Oakland Raiders will go head to head in an AFC West showdown that could ultimately determine which team will come out on top in the division. This is an interesting NFL football betting matchup as the raiders have had a couple good weeks and look to have a decent running game going on. Continue Reading…

NFL Week 9: Indianapolis Colts vs Philadelphia Eagles Sportsbook odds and predictions

Indianapolis Colts vs Philadelphia Eagles Sun. Nov. 7th 2010 4:15pm EST

After Week 1’s loss to the Houston Texans, the Super Bowl favorite Indianapolis Colts were thought to be in a bit of trouble and possibly no longer the dominant team that every thought they would be this season, but last week Peyton Manning and company were able to get back on track as they reclaimed the top spot in the AFC South division after splitting the season series with the Houston Texans.

With a win over the Texans last week, the Colts are in first place in the AFC South once again, but with the Titans and the Texans right on their tail, Indianapolis will have to keep up their winning ways in order to clinch the division at season’s end. While the online sports betting sites have the Colts as 3 point underdogs, it’s hard to do any NFL football betting against manning. Continue Reading…

NFL Week 9: San Diego Chargers vs Houston Texans Sportsbook odds and predictions

San Diego Chargers vs Houston Texans Sun. Nov. 7th 1pm EST

The San Diego Chargers have been one of the most dominant teams in the NFL over the past decade or so, but no matter how talented their rosters is on any given season, Norv Turner’s squad has been infamous for being slow starters.

This season the Chargers came into the NFL regular season with high hopes of contending for a Super Bowl title and being among the best of the best in the AFC Conference, but unfortunately they have really struggled in the first few weeks of the season and will be coming into their Week 9 matchup with the Houston Texans sitting just above the Denver Broncos in the AFC West division and sporting a 3-5 record. Bodog, one of the leading NFL football betting sites, has the Chargers as 3 point favorites. Continue Reading…
