AFC Wildcard: New York Jets @ Indianapolis Colts Sat. Jan. 8th 2011 8pm EST
The New York Jets have been a team that has gone through some serious highs and lows this season as they have tried to live up to their Super Bowl title contender expectations while dealing with quite a few off the field issues.
Despite having all sorts of problems on and off the field this season, the New York Jets have been able to make their way back into the playoffs once again and will be facing an old rival in the Indianapolis Colts. Continue Reading…
Miami Dolphins @ New England Patriots Sun. Jan. 2nd 2011 1pm EST
The New England Patriots have defied the odds once again this season as they came into the year as a team with a weak defense and an aging offense, but ultimately were able to bring it all together like only head coach Bill Belichick can and become arguably the best team in the league once again. Continue Reading…
Dallas Cowboys @ Philadelphia Eagles Sun. Jan. 2nd 2010 4:15pm EST
The Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles are two teams in the highly competitive NFC East division that have gone in completely different directions this season as the Eagles could very well be Super Bowl bound and the Cowboys won’t even make it into the playoffs.
Coming into this NFL regular season, both of these teams were thought to be at least playoff bound, but that hasn’t been the case as the Eagles have quickly turned into one of the most dynamic teams in the league while the Cowboys have suffered some huge setbacks. Continue Reading…
Cincinnati Bengals @ Baltimore Ravens Sun. Jan. 2nd 2010 1pm EST
One of the most competitive divisions in the NFL today is without a doubt the AFC North. No matter what the records are of these four teams (Cleveland Browns, Pittsburgh Steelers, Cincinnati Bengals and Baltimore Ravens) they always seem to give each other a run for their money when they meet in the regular season and the playoffs. Continue Reading…
Chicago Bears @ Green Bay Packers Sun. Jan. 2nd 2010 4:15pm EST
The Chicago Bears and the Green Bay Packers are two division rivals in the NFC North that really don’t like each other. Most division rivals don’t like each other anyway, but these two storied franchises have a passion for beating one another each and every season. Continue Reading…
New York Giants @ Washington Redskins Sun. Jan. 2nd 2010 4:15pm EST
The New York Giants are a solid football team this season with a potent offense and a defense that can stop anyone when playing up to their potential, but the last two weeks have been gut wrenching for this storied NFL franchise as Eli Manning and company were helpless in the losses to the division rival Philadelphia Eagles and the Green Bay Packers. Continue Reading…
Oakland Raiders @ Kansas City Chiefs Sun. Jan. 2nd 2010 1pm EST
The Oakland Raiders have been arguably one of the biggest surprise teams in the NFL this season, but even though they are a vastly improved team on both sides of the football this year, they will still be on the outside looking in on the playoffs after losing to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 16. Continue Reading…
San Diego Chargers @ Cincinnati Bengals Sun. Dec. 26th 2010 4:05pm EST
The San Diego Chargers got off to yet another slow start this season as they just couldn’t seem to win football games even though they were arguably the best team in the league on both sides of the football, but as usual, head coach Norv Turner has gotten his team turned around once again and will have his boys ready to gain some more ground in the AFC West division this weekend when they travel to Cincinnati to take on the lowly Bengals. Continue Reading…
Dallas Cowboys @ Arizona Cardinals Sat. Dec. 25th 2010 7:30pm EST
The Dallas Cowboys have been arguably one of the most disappointing teams in the NFL this season as they have failed to live up to their Super Bowl title contender expectations and will not even make the playoffs. Despite their expectations being shattered even before midseason, America’s Team were able to get a boost of confidence just after midseason when Jerry Jones decided to fire head coach Wade Phillips and promote offensive coordinator Jason Garrett. Continue Reading…
Tennessee Titans @ Kansas City Chiefs Sun. Dec. 26th 2010 1pm EST
The Tennessee Titans may have looked like a possible Super Bowl title contender earlier in the NFL regular season, but ever since quarterback Vince Young started to break down, the team just hasn’t been able to continue to play at a high level and have dropped from first place in the AFC South division all the way down to last place.
With their playoff hopes shattered coming into Week 16, the Titans don’t have anything to play for at this point besides pride and they will take that pride into Kansas City in an attempt to ruin the Chiefs chances of winning the AFC West division title. Continue Reading…
