Carolina Panthers @ Pittsburgh Steelers Thurs. Dec. 23rd 2010 8:20pm EST
It would be hard to argue coming into Week 16 that the Carolina Panthers aren’t the worst team in the NFL this season. No matter what this team does or what changes they make, especially on the offensive side of the football, the Panthers just can’t play consistently well and as a result have only won two games on the year.
Fortunately, rookie quarterback Jimmy Clausen and company will come into this week in Pittsburgh with a win under their belt as they were able to get the best of the Arizona Cardinals 19-14. Continue Reading…
Chicago Bears @ Minnesota Vikings Mon. Dec. 20th 2010 8:30pm EST
The Chicago Bears and the Minnesota Vikings are two teams in the NFC North division that have one hell of a bitter division rivalry, but unlike earlier in the season when the Vikings were in playoff contention or last year when Brett Favre was having an MVP caliber season, this time around Jay Cutler and company will come in as the better team on both sides of the football.
There is no question the Chicago Bears are arguably one of the best defensive teams in the league this season, but it has taken a while for them to get their offense going to Jay Cutler is still working out the kinks under center. We like Bodog for this NFL football betting matchup wagers.
Despite coming off one of the worst losses of the season to the New England Patriots, the Chicago Bears will be extremely confident coming into this NFC North showdown as they will be playing outside in the bitterly cold weather in which will turn this matchup into a game won on the defensive end. Denver Broncos @ Oakland Raiders Sun. Dec. 19th 2010 4:15pm EST
The Denver Broncos and the Oakland Raiders are two teams in the AFC West division that have really struggled over the past two years as no matter what they have done in terms of changes to their team just haven’t been able to compete with the likes of the San Diego Chargers with in the division. Continue Reading…
New Orleans Saints @ Baltimore Ravens Sun. Dec. 19th 2010 1pm EST
The defending Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints had a rough start to the season and suffered some disappointing losses to teams like the Cleveland Browns and the Arizona Cardinals, but despite not playing like Super Bowl champs they have been come on strong as of late with six straight wins coming into this Week 15 showdown with the Baltimore Ravens.
Even though the Saints are riding high right now and seem to be back to Super Bowl title contender status, Drew Brees and company will have their work cut out for them this week against the lockdown defense of the Baltimore Ravens. This is a great NFL football betting matchup. Continue Reading…
San Francisco 49ers @ San Diego Chargers Thurs. Dec. 16th 2010 8:20pm EST
In the last Thursday game of the regular season, the San Francisco 49ers will head to San Diego to take on the Chargers who are fighting for their playoff lives. Not only will the 49ers be taking on a desperate Chargers team looking to come out on top of the AFC West division, but they will be -8.5 underdogs and trying to top the St. Louis Rams in their NFC West division. Continue Reading…
Washington Redskins @ Dallas Cowboys Sun. Dec. 19th 2010 1pm EST
The NFC East division is usually a tight race for the division title from start to finish as three out of the four teams within the division are usually amongst the best in the NFC Conference. This season it seems to be down to just the Philadelphia Eagles and the New York Giants in contention, but the Dallas Cowboys have played some solid football over the past few weeks after firing head coach Wade Phillips and promoting Jason Garrett to call the shots on the sidelines. Continue Reading…
Baltimore Ravens @ Houston Texans Mon. Dec. 13th 2010 8:30pm EST
Last week the Baltimore Ravens were hoping to basically wrap up the AFC North division title with a win over the division rival Pittsburgh Steelers, but even though they seemed to have the game in hand throughout the majority of the contest, in the end Ben Roethlisberger and company were able to come out on top with the win and a first place standing within the division.
Now that the Baltimore Ravens are sitting in second place in their division, Joe Flacco and company will have to step it up from here on out in order to get back into contention for the AFC North division title and be playoff bound at season’s end. We like Bodog Sportsbook odds for this NFL football betting matchup.
Despite having an uphill battle from here on out, the Ravens will head into this Monday Night Football showdown with the clear advantage to get the win over the Houston Texans. Continue Reading…
New York Giants @ Minnesota Vikings Sun. Dec. 12th 2010 1pm EST
Before this NFL regular season began, the New York Giants were thought to be a good team in the NFC Conference, but not a great team. The Dallas Cowboys were considered to be the team to beat in the NFC East division which would force the New York Giants to compete for the NFC Wildcard, but things haven’t exactly gone the way most people predicted.
Fortunately for Eli Manning company, that hasn’t been the case as the Dallas Cowboys have had a very disappointing season which has left the NFC East division title up to the Philadelphia Eagles and the New York Giants. Continue Reading…
Oakland Raiders @ Jacksonville Jaguars Sun. Dec. 12th 2010 1pm EST
The Oakland Raiders are coming off perhaps their most impressive win this one of the regular season as they are able to dominate San Diego Chargers (28-13) for the second time this year and convince their doubters that they are still a force to be reckoned with in the AFC West division. Even though there is still three games left to go in the regular season, the Oakland Raiders are still in the mix for a playoff spot in the AC conference long as they can continue to be on the winning side of football games from here on out. Continue Reading…
St. Louis Rams @ New Orleans Saints Sun. Dec. 12th 2010 4:05pm EST
The defending Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints got off to a rough start this season as they no longer resembled the dominant team they were last season early on, but over the last month and half they have played extremely well with five straight wins coming into Week 14’s matchup with the division-leading St. Louis Rams.
Even though Drew Brees and company have been one of the best teams in the league over the last month or so, they will have their work cut out for them in Week 14 against the frontrunner for rookie of the year in quarterback Sam Bradford and the up and coming St. Louis Rams. Don’t forget, NFL football betting starts tonight, Thursday. Continue Reading…
