The Tim Tebow fever in the Mile High City is at an all-time high right now as the second-year quarterback and fan favorite led the Denver Broncos to a fourth win over five games since becoming the starter for head coach John Fox. Even though the Broncos aren’t winning football games through the air like John Fox would like, Tim Tebow has shown that he knows how to get the job done regardless of whether or not it is through the air or on the ground.
Coming into Week 11’s matchup against the New York Jets, the Denver Broncos were underdogs and thought to possibly be in for a blowout loss against a very hungry team led by passionate head coach Rex Ryan. With the Jets coming off a potentially devastating loss to the arch division rival New England Patriots, the consensus was that New York would be out for blood on Thursday night, but they didn’t anticipate struggling against Tim Tebow and company.
Once again, Tebow didn’t really intimidate the opposing defense by throwing the football with only 104 yards passes on nine completions, but he did get the job done running the football and leading offense. With game-high 68 rushing yards and the game-winning rushing touchdown (20-yard run), Tebow did exactly what it took to get the win and continue this wild ride for the Denver Broncos.
With this 17-13 win over the New York Jets, the Denver Broncos have improved their record to 5-5 and have moved from last place to second place in the AFC West division standings since starting Tim Tebow over veteran quarterback Kyle Orton.
There is no question at this point in time that Tim Tebow is the answer for the Denver Broncos this season. Whether or not he is a long-term answer at quarterback remains to be seen, but as of right now he is getting the job done and might be able to lead this team to a division title.

Tebow is a proven winner and a natural leader. He has high character and he flat out makes plays when he needs to make them. His passing % will get better with time and his running game will always be near unstoppable. He’s 4-1 with an average team at best. I’d take him as my starter any day of the week. Oh yeah, he also takes care of the ball with only 1 INT since taking over.
Tebow is a winner. Everyone should have a Tebow on their team. Oh, I forgot,
there is only one superman.
