NFL Trade: New Orleans Saints trade Reggie Bush to the Miami Dolphins

Ever since the disappointing end of last season for the defending Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints in which they were knocked out of the playoffs by the lowly Seattle Seahawks, the Big Easy has been buzzing about the future of star running back Reggie Bush. Even though Bush hasn’t really lived up to the hype he was given coming out of USC, the veteran running back has been a valuable asset for the Saints and more of a pass catching running back rather than the number option out of the backfield. NFL Free Agency: Seattle Seahawks sign wide receiver Sidney Rice

The Seattle Seahawks are one of the many teams in the NFL next season that will have some drastic changes with some pretty big-names leaving town. Now that the Brett Favre saga is officially over in Minnesota, the Vikings must begin a new era of football at the quarterback position and may have found the right man to bring to replace the three-time NFL MVP in Donovan McNabb. Recent rumors have Brett Favre giving it one more shot in the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagles?

It appears that the Brett Favre saga in the NFL might not be done just yet as a new rumor has started to circulate around the league with the three-time NFL MVP quarterback being linked to the Philadelphia Eagles. Obviously, with Michael Vick becoming one of the all-around quarterbacks in the league once again last season, the Eagles have no intention in making the 20-year veteran their starter, but bringing Favre into the mix does make things interesting as head coach Andy Reid might have some tricks up his sleeve. The Chicago Bears came just one game shy of making it back to the Super Bowl last season as they were unable to get past the arch rival Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship game. Despite not being able to get the best of the eventual Super Bowl champion Packers, the Bears were a very good football team last season and could be a perennial Super Bowl title contender in the years to come. Last year the New England Patriots were arguably the best team in the NFL after the halfway point of the season.
