The 2010 World Cup has been extremely unpredictable so far as only a handful of teams have actually lived up to the hype heading into the tournament. The Los Angeles Lakers have won their second straight NBA title with a thrilling game seven victory over their bitter rivals in the Boston Celtics. Even though the Lakers dominated throughout the majority of the playoffs, they were seriously tested by the Celtics in the NBA Finals and won arguably their toughest NBA title in recent memory. This was a great series.

This second consecutive NBA title for the Los Angeles Lakers was the fifth for Kobe Bryant and the 11^th for head coach Phil Jackson (six with the Chicago Bulls, five with the Los Angeles Lakers). Last season the Zen Master broke the record for most NBA title won by a head coach with 10 beating out the Boston Celtics Red Auerbach and now Jackson has distanced himself even more from Red with another NBA title. No other franchise in the NBA has been surrounded by more speculation during these NBA playoffs than the Cleveland Cavaliers.
