The Indianapolis Colts have been arguably one of the best teams in the NFL ever since four-time NFL MVP quarterback Peyton Manning took over under center and as a result they have won the AFC South division title six times in the last seven years and won a Super Bowl title.

Coming into this NFL regular season, the consensus around the league was that the Indianapolis Colts were once again the team to beat in the AFC Conference as they had the same team intact and were motivated to prove that the defending Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints just caught them on a bad day last February.
