In line with Apple's opening keynote at the Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) in June, it is confirmed that iOS 10 will feature a fully revamped Messages app, an improved Siri, and an all new Maps and Photos experience, besides a rich set of new interactive notifications throughout the operating system.
It is good to know that the new iOS 10 has started to be released for a good amount of devices since yesterday and it comes with complete Siri support for third-party applications.
For now, only WhatsApp is supporting the Siri integration, but soon enough this feature will also be brought to the Facebook Messenger.
The user will just have to summon Siri and tell it to message or call someone. Additionally, LinkedIn lets you send messages via Siri as well.
Now only WhatsApp supports this Siri integration, but it's likely that Facebook could roll this out to its other messaging powerhouse: Facebook Messenger.
