NFL Week 8: Houston Texans vs Indianapolis Colts Sportsbook odds and predictions

Houston Texans vs Indianapolis Colts Mon. Nov. 1st 8:30pm EST

The Indianapolis Colts have been arguably one of the best teams in the NFL ever since four-time NFL MVP quarterback Peyton Manning took over under center and as a result they have won the AFC South division title six times in the last seven years and won a Super Bowl title.

Coming into this NFL regular season, the consensus around the league was that the Indianapolis Colts were once again the team to beat in the AFC Conference as they had the same team intact and were motivated to prove that the defending Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints just caught them on a bad day last February. The odds for this matchup are pretty consistent across the many NFL sports betting sites. Continue Reading…

NFL Week 8: Seattle Seahawks vs Oakland Raiders Sportsbook odds and predictions

Seattle Seahawks vs Oakland Raiders Sun. Oct. 31st 4:15pm EST

The Oakland Raiders came into this NFL regular season with high hopes of finally being able to get back on track after they acquired up and coming quarterback Jason Campbell from the Washington Redskins via trade in the offseason, but things haven’t exactly panned the way they thought and they have played pretty inconsistently in the first seven weeks of the season.

Fortunately, the Oakland Raiders are coming off perhaps their biggest win in franchise history over their hated division rivals in the Denver Broncos. Not only were they able to put up a franchise-high 59 points against the Broncos, but it seemed like this win could be the turning point in the season as everything was working as the running game, passing game and defense were firing on all cylinders. We almost went for broke with them last week in our NFL football betting parlay, but we wimped out. Continue Reading…

NFL Week 8: Tennessee Titans vs San Diego Chargers odds and predictions

Tennessee Titans vs San Diego Chargers Sun. Oct. 31st 1pm EST

Last season the Tennessee Titans got off to a really rough start as they lost their first six games of the season and looked like arguably the worst team in the NFL, but after head coach Jeff Fisher gave quarterback Vince Young another shot under center, the team was rejuvenated and got right back on track by winning eight of the next ten games of the season.

Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to get them back into playoff contention in the AFC Conference, but this season they have gotten off to an impressive start to the season by winning five of their first seven games of the year and leading the way in the AFC South division. This is a great matchup for this weeks NFL football betting. Continue Reading…

NFL Week 7: Oakland Raiders vs Denver Broncos odds and predictions

Oakland Raiders vs Denver Broncos Sun. Oct. 24th 4:15pm EST

The AFC West division has notoriously been one of the worst divisions in the NFL for quite some time with the San Diego Chargers winning the division title almost annually, but this season the division has been turned upside down with the San Diego Chargers struggling and the Kansas City Chiefs leading the way.

As of right now, the Kansas City Chiefs look like they are destine to win the AFC West division title, but if the Oakland Raiders and the Denver Broncos get back on track they have a good shot at contending within the division and getting back into the playoffs. When it comes to the playoffs, make sure to do your NFL football betting at a world class sportsbook. Continue Reading…

NFL Week 6: Miami Dolphins vs Green Bay Packers Sportsbook odds and predictions

Miami Dolphins vs Green Bay Packers Sun. Oct. 17th 1pm EST

The Green Bay Packers headed into this NFL regular season with high hopes of winning the NFC North division and paving their way to the Super Bowl, but after the first five weeks of the season, Aaron Rodgers and company have begun to realize that it will be much tougher than they thought to raise the Vince Lombardi trophy come February.

Heading into Week 6’s matchup against the Miami Dolphins at Lambeau Field, the Green Bay Packers will be pretty banged up as perennial Pro Bowl quarterback Aaron Rodgers is still recovering from a concussion he suffered in the loss to the Washington Redskins last week and tight end Jermichael Finley likely out for the season due to a knee injury. NFL Week 6: Baltimore Ravens vs New England Patriots odds and predictions

Baltimore Ravens vs New England Patriots Sun. Oct. 17th 1pm EST

In the first game that these two AFC Conference heavyweights played in the playoffs last season, the Baltimore Ravens absolutely dominated the New England Patriots from start to finish as up and coming running Ray Rice took full advantage of the Patriots weak secondary and led the team to victory and the next round of the postseason.

This season the New England Patriots have still had their fair share of problems on the defensive side of the football, but they played pretty well in the first five weeks of the season as they will head into their rematch with the Baltimore Ravens sporting an impressive 3-1 record in Week 6. NFL Week 6: Indianapolis Colts vs Washington Redskins Sportsbook picks and odds

Indianapolis Colts vs Washington Redskins Sun. Oct. 17th 8:20pm EST

With so much parity around the league this season, it seems like any team with a decent squad has an opportunity to be Super Bowl bound, but the one team that everyone thought was the clear favorite to become Super Bowl champions this season has struggled as Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts just haven’t been able to play consistently.

One team that has been one of the most consistent teams in the NFL this season is the revamped Washington Redskins. With two-time Super Bowl champion head coach Mike Shanahan calling the shots on the sideline and six-time Pro Bowl quarterback Donovan McNabb under center, the Redskins are in first place in the NFC East division and threatening to give the heavyweights in the NFC Conference a run for their money come playoff time. NFL Week 5: Tennessee Titans vs Dallas Cowboys

Tennessee Titans vs Dallas Cowboys Sun. Oct. 10th 4:15pm EST

The Dallas Cowboys came into this NFL regular season with Super Bowl aspirations as they seemed to have everything going for them with the Super Bowl being played on their home field in February and a talented new addition to an already potent offense in rookie wide receiver Dez Bryant (Oklahoma State), but after starting the season with a 1-2 record, a lot of people have started to question whether or not they have what it takes to compete with the best of the best in the NFC Conference. NFL Week 5: St. Louis Rams vs Detroit Lions Sportsbook odds and predictions

St. Louis Rams vs Detroit Lions Sun. Oct. 10th 1pm EST

Coming into the 2010 NFL Draft, the St. Louis Rams had the number one overall pick and even though there was a lot of debate about which player the team should take, the consensus was that quarterback Sam Bradford was the right decision and the future face of the struggling NFL franchise.

Fortunately, the Rams have played much better than anticipated to start the season as they have won two of the first four games so far. Not only has Sam Bradford lived up to the hype given to every number one overall draft pick, but he has turned into the undisputed leader of the Rams and might be able to lead this team to a NFC West division title this season if teams like the Seahawks Seahawks, Arizona Cardinals and the San Francisco 49ers continue to struggle this year. Tampa Bay Bucs vs Cincinnati Bengals Sun. Oct. 10th 1pm EST

The Cincinnati Bengals are one of the best teams in the NFL this season, but they definitely didn’t show it in the loss to the Cleveland Browns last week as the offense completely depended on Terrell Owens and the defense had no answer for Browns running back Peyton Hillis.

Even though the Bengals are coming off the loss to the Browns, Cincinnati is still a serious force to be reckoned with in the AFC Conference and they will be looking to prove that in Week 5 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Continue Reading…
