Cincinnati Bengals @ Pittsburgh Steelers Sun. Dec. 12^th 2010 1pm EST

The Cincinnati Bengals may be the defending AFC North division champions this season, but they definitely haven’t played like as they only have two wins coming into this Week 14 showdown with the hated division rival Pittsburgh Steelers.

As for the Pittsburgh Steelers on the other hand, they are making up for their disappointing season last year as they only lost three games this season and are coming off perhaps their biggest win of the year against the division rival Baltimore Ravens. Depending on the type of NFL football betting your doing, Bodog has some great lines on this game.

After getting the best of Joe Flacco and company last week, the Pittsburgh Steelers have taken over the first place standing in the AFC North and look like they could be destined for the division title season’s end. Even though they seem to have the AC North division in hand after the win over the Baltimore Ravens, they will still have to get the best of the Cincinnati Bengals this week as every win from here on out, especially individual games, will be huge to say the least.

As of right now, the Pittsburgh Steelers are favored to win this matchup and for good reason with a -8.5 point spread. That’s spread is pretty high in my opinion as well many things around the league as the cover the spread that high, but the Steelers might be up to the task this week as the Bengals have played about as bad as you can this season on both sides of the football.

Even though I believe the Pittsburgh Steelers are more than capable of covering a spread that big, because it is a divisional game between two teams I really don’t like each other and will almost certainly be closer than predicted and with that being said I think is safe bet here would be to take the Bengals at +8.5.
