Pittsburgh Steelers vs Tennessee Titans Sun. Sept. 19th 1pm EST
When the Pittsburgh Steelers started the NFL regular season last week against the Atlanta Falcons, the beginning of a four-game suspension began for their superstar quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and the not many people were expecting a win in Week 1 with young gunslinger Dennis Dixon under center.
Ironically enough, even though Dixon is no Big Ben and tends to run more than pass, the Steelers were able to get the best of Matt Ryan and company in Week 1 and show that their lockdown defense is back to form with a healthy Troy Polamalu.
Bodog, one of the leaders in online sportsbook wagers has the Titans odds set at -5.5 over the Steelers while BetUs has the Titans at -5, a half point difference.
In Week 2, Dennis Dixon and the Pittsburgh Steelers will have their work cut out for them once again as they will go up against arguably the best running back in the NFL in Chris Johnson and his up and coming Tennessee Titans.
In their first game of the season, the Tennessee Titans absolutely dominated the Oakland Raiders as Chris Johnson had a huge day in the ground game and Vince Young and company were able to cruise to a 38-13 victory.
Along with Chris Johnson rushing for a game-high 145 yards and two touchdowns, Vince Young also had a big day as he threw for 154 yards and two touchdowns on 13 of 17 passes. Pretty impressive and accurate numbers for a quarterback that could have been released from the team last season if he didn’t get the job done.
Even though I believe that the Tennessee Titans will come out on top in Week 2 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, it won’t be easy as the Steelers defense will be concentrating on stopping the run and forcing Vince Young to beat them with his arm.
Ultimately, the Titans will come out on top, but it will be a low scoring affair which will most likely be decided in the closing minutes of the fourth quarter.

You got us on this one for sure. Who knew they were going to hold one of the best backs in football to around 45 yards? With shutting down Chris Johnson, the Titans had no chance.
