Philadelphia Eagles @ Chicago Bears Sun. Nov. 28th 2010 4:15pm EST
No matter how many people still doubt him and his ability to play consistently well every single weekend, superstar quarterback Michael Vick continues to prove that he is a legitimate NFL MVP candidate this season as he has the Philadelphia Eagles rolling heading into Week 12’s matchup against the Chicago Bears.
With three straight wins against some good football teams in the Indianapolis Colts (26-24), Washington Redskins (59-28) and the New York Giants (27-17), the Philadelphia Eagles have become one of the best teams in the NFL this season with a legitimate shot at contending for a Super Bowl as along as Michael Vick is healthy and under center for Andy Reid. The way these two teams have been playing, this is a great NFL football betting matchup.
Coming into Week 12, the Philadelphia Eagles will have another tough task ahead of them in the form of the Chicago Bears and their lockdown defense.
Even though Michael Vick will be facing arguably his biggest challenge against Brian Urlacher and Julius Peppers, the MVP candidate should be up to the task as he has proven time and time again this season that he is better than ever and ready to take this team to the next level.
One thing that will make this game intriguing and ultimately the difference in the matchup, besides Vick going up against the Bears defense, is the Eagles defense against the Bears offense. Even though the Jay Cutler and company have the ability to light up any opposing offense, they have played extremely inconsistent this season and will have their work cut out for them this week against the Philly defense.
There is a possibility that the Chicago Bears could pull off the upset in Week 12, but I doubt it as I can’t see any team getting the best of the Philadelphia Eagles right now.
