Pierce Brosnan is causing a stir online with his new ad

"Pierce Brosnan for Pan Bahar.now if they can get Anne Hathaway or Kate Winslet for washing powder Nirma". "Class never goes out of Style" is the brand line mouthed by Pierce in the Pan Bahar advertisement.

According to an earlier report in Advertising Age India, a directive by the Delhi government requested Bollywood stars not to endorse pan masala. It started with Ashok Kumar and Shammi Kapoor in the iconic 80s ad on Doordarshan, and spanned to Priyanka Chopra in an artistic, monochrome version in the modern era.

From one person suggesting that soon Pierce may shift to Kanpur to another saying that his failure to repay his loans made him take this step, Twitter users came up with hilarious jokes.
