In a tweet war with lieutenant governor of Delhi, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal accused Najeeb Jung of creating obstacles in government works.

Arvind Kejriwal today alleged "witch-hunting" as Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung ordered a review of 400 files of decisions by his government, saying they contain "infirmities and irregularities".

Former union minister and national spokesperson of the All India Congress Committee Manish Tewari today condemned the treatment meted out by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his Aam Aadmi Party to the senior Punjabi leaders to pave his own way to take over the Punjab leadership.

Jung went ahead with the transfers not with standing requests by Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia not to transfer bureaucrats handling flagship programmes including Health Secretary Tarun Seem, handling setting up of Mohalla Clinics, and PWD Secretary Sarvagya Srivastava, overseeing construction of school buildings. "Is this Modi model of democracy?"

Speaking about the CAG audit probing into the advertisements by the Delhi government, Kejriwal asked why the Centre or the states weren't being audited by the Comptroller Auditor General's office. "Therefore, the Committee has been constituted", it said in a statement. "Like they arrested (AAP) MLAs on false cases, they will victimize officers now", Kejriwal said.

Last week, Presky requested to be transferred to a civil court and will no longer preside over criminal cases. The judge cited Turner's age and his lack of a criminal record when choosing the sentence, said KRON .

The transferred officials were involved in increasing the number of Mohalla Clinics - primary health centres - across Delhi and boosting the number of classrooms in government schools.

Since AAP came to power previous year, there has been a constant tussle between the central and state governments over who controls Delhi. He alleged that the Prime Minister was "hell bent" on "destroying" Delhi.

After the high court judgment, the principal secretaries and heads of department of the city government were directed by the LG to review instances where his prior approval was required as per rules, but was not obtained. "The post of secretary is generally filled up with IAS cadre, but CM chose to fill it up with officers from engineering and medical-IRS background", he said.

Health and PWD Minister Satyendra Jain told the media separately: "LG is hell bent on stopping every work of the Delhi government".

Former auditor VK Shunglu, former vigilance chief Pradeep Kumar and former election commission N Gopalasami have been asked to examine the files and report in six months.
