NFL Week 6: Cleveland Browns vs Pittsburgh Steelers Sportsbook odds and predictions

Cleveland Browns vs Pittsburgh Steelers Sun. Oct. 17th 1pm EST

The Cleveland Browns seem like a team that no matter what changes they make they are always destine to lose every single week. There has been without a doubt some strides in the right direction this season with the emergence of running back Peyton Hillis, but the quarterback position has been just awful for the Browns as they have dealt with injuries and now will turn to rookie Colt McCoy (Texas) to lead the way against arguably the best defense in the league in the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Not only will the Pittsburgh Steelers look to destroy Colt McCoy in his NFL debut by constantly putting pressure on him and forcing him to turn the football over, but Mike Tomlin’s squad will finally have some stability back at the quarterback position this week as two-time Super Bowl champion Ben Roethlisberger will be back under center after serving his four game suspension for violating the league’s personal conduct policy.

So since they will be going up against a rookie quarterback and will have their veteran quarterback back under center in Week 6, I am predicting a blowout here as the Cleveland Browns will most likely try and run the football all day long with Peyton Hillis and end up getting nothing in return.

As of right now, the Pittsburgh Steelers are favored to win this AFC North division showdown with the Cleveland Browns with a -13.5 point spread and even though that is a tad high, I believe it should be a safe bet as there is no way the Browns will be able to keep up with Big Ben and company as they cruise to their fourth win of the season.

Like I said, this spread is a bit risky, but might be worth the gamble. For fun, we went ahead and parlayed Cleveland straight up as there is huge potential if they play decent this week for our NFL wagers.
