New England Patriots vs Miami Dolphins Mon. Oct. 4th 8:30pm EST
The AFC East division has been dominated over the past decade or so by the New England Patriots, but times might be changing for Tom Brady and company as the New York Jets and the Miami Dolphins have made things interesting in the division once again.
Unlike the New England Patriots, the New York Jets and the Miami Dolphins are two teams that play very well on the defensive side of the football. In Week 4, the Dolphins will look to use this new found dominance on defense to get the best of Bill Belichick’s squad as they will try and repeat what the New York Jets did to the New England Patriots back in Week 2. We love week 4 and all the NFL football betting options at Bodog.
Obviously, the Patriots are no team to be taken lightly as they are as good as any team in the league once they get some chemistry going, but the Dolphins couldn’t be playing the Patriots at a better time in the season as New England has shown that they are no longer that dominant team that everyone used to fear.
If the Miami Dolphins can figure out a way to slow down perennial Pro Bowl quarterback Tom Brady and wide receiver Randy Moss then I believe they will come out on top in this AFC East showdown, but if they can’t they may be in for a long night this Monday as the Patriots will look to light up the scoreboard and crush the Dolphins confidence.
Not only will this game outcome effect how the division will pan out at season’s end, but second place in the division is on the line as team that wins this game will have the best chance to knock the New York Jets off their pedestal later in the season.
