However, Altidore was taken to the hospital and admitted for X-Rays. The X-Rays turned out to be negative, though. Since the X-Rays were negative, it seems that Altidore just has a mild sprain to his ankle. Continue Reading…

Coach Bob Bradley for the United States World Cup team made the final cuts to the 30-man roster last week and narrowed it down to the final 23-man roster.
Edson Buddle is one of the players that made the final cut and was in complete disbelief. If you would have asked him a couple months ago if he thought he would even be a candidate for the World Cup, he would have said no. Now, that the truth is right in front of him, it’s still hard for him to believe. Continue Reading…

Newman watched other drivers that qualified before him and he realized that to be his fastest he would need to hug the wall. This is not something that you see Newman doing very often so it did trigger a bit of uneasiness inside him. However, he decided to do what he needed to do and he captured the pole position. It seems that Ben Roethlisberger has shown some impressive progress, or at least to Roger Goodell, Commissioner of the NFL. Goodell is so satisfied with Roethlisberger’s improvement in his behavioral sessions that he is allowing him to return to practice sessions with the Pittsburgh Steelers as early as next week.
Roethlisberger was suspended for a total of six games without pay earlier this year. He was initially suspended due to allegedly violating terms within the NFL’s personal conduct policy. He was then required to participate in behavioral evaluations. This all steamed from a sexual assault case in Georgia. Continue Reading…
