There is a lot of speculation and anticipation leading up to July 1^st this summer as some of the best and brightest superstars in the NBA will officially become free agents.

Obviously everyone will be looking forward to where the two-time NBA MVP LeBron James will end up, especially if the Cleveland Cavaliers don’t win the title this season, but there are plenty of other big names players around the league that could easily turn around an NBA franchise.

Next in line to LeBron James, in terms of the most desired NBA free agent, is without a Dwyane Wade of the Miami Heat. The Heat and Pat Riley have already said they will be doing everything within their power to re-sign their face of their franchise, but after another disappointing playoff run, Wade might finally be done with Miami and could be headed to somewhere like his hometown Chicago to play with the Bulls and Derrick Rose.

After Dwyane Wade, the list of NBA free agents doesn’t drop down too far in terms of talent. Chris Bosh would be next in line after Wade in my opinion as he is arguably one of the best big men in the game today.

Now there has been a lot of talk about Bosh re-signing with the Toronto Raptors as he has never played for another team and up until now has never wanted to, but recently he has had some serious second thoughts about possibly leaving town for greener pastures.

The one team that will be going after players like Bosh are the New York Knicks. There are a few teams that with quite a bit of money to spend of free agents this summer like the Miami Heat and Los Angeles Clippers, but the Knicks have enough to sign to max players.

With all the money that the Knicks will be throwing around they will be able to offer a max deal to LeBron James and Chris Bosh which will almost certainly turn around their franchise.

Recently, Chris Bosh was seen courtside at a Los Angeles Lakers playoff game against the Utah Jazz. The same thing happened last season with Ron Artest watching from the sidelines and as a result Ron-Ron is now playing for the defending champs.

Obviously, the Lakers don’t have the kind of money to pay Bosh the big money, but a sign and trade might be possible. Another option is that Bosh was in town to talk to the Clippers, but with Kaman and Griffin, I don’t think there is much room for the All-Star forward.
