Minnesota Vikings vs Green Bay Packers Mon. Oct. 25th 8:30pm EST
Last season the Minnesota Vikings were arguably one of the best teams in the NFC Conference and despite everyone doubting them all season long as no one believed that Brett Favre had anything left in the tank, the three-time NFL MVP quarterback was able to lead them all the way to NFC Championship while having arguably the best season of his Hall of Fame caliber career in the NFL. We are excited about this one and looking forward to some great NFL football betting.
Coming into this NFL regular season, the Vikings were hoping for more of the same out of the Silver Fox, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case as they have struggled to get their offense going without Pro Bowl wide receiver Sidney Rice (hip) all season long.
Despite struggling thus far in the NFL regular season and failing to live up to expectations, the Minnesota Vikings will come into Week 7’s matchup against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field with some much needed confidence as they were able to get their second win of the season against the Dallas Cowboys.
Not only will this game be the last one that Brett Favre will ever play at Lambeau Field (if he stays retired after this season), but it will be an extremely important one in terms of the standings in the NFC North division as a win for the Minnesota Vikings would put them in second place behind the Chicago Bears.
As of right now, the Green Bay Packers are favored to come out on top against the Minnesota Vikings with a -2.5 point spread.
There is no doubt that this game will full of emotion and quite possibly a battle from start to finish, but I really think the Vikings have started to turn their season around and should pull off the slight upset here as Brett Favre’s last game at Lambeau Field should an epic one.
