Washington Redskins @ Tennessee Titans Sun. Nov. 21st 2010 1pm EST
The Washington Redskins are coming off arguably one of their worst losses in franchise history as superstar quarterback Michael Vick led the Philadelphia Eagles to a 59-28 blowout win against their division rivals last week.
Even though Donovan McNabb and company are still feeling the sting of getting lit up for 59 points, the Washington Redskins will have to get back to business this week as they will have a tough task ahead of them against Vince Young and the Tennessee Titans.
The Tennessee Titans might be coming off a disappointing loss to the Miami Dolphins last week (29-17), but they are still amongst the best teams in the league as they possess some of the best offensive weapons in the NFL in quarterback Vince Young, running back Chris Johnson and newly acquired wide receiver Randy Moss.
Although they played pretty poorly in Moss’ debut last week, I am betting things will change this week as they will almost certainly come out on top when they host the Redskins in Week 11.
It is uncertain how much of an impact Randy Moss will have in the offense, but with the Washington Redskins defense being as weak as it is right now, I believe the perennial Pro Bowl wide receiver will have his first big game for head coach Jeff Fisher as the Tennessee Titans get back on track.
As of right now, the Tennessee Titans are favored to win this matchup with the Washington Redskins with a -7 point spread. That may be a bit high as McNabb and company could make a game of it, but ultimately I see the Titans getting their sixth win of the season while covering the spread.
